1. Sponsor

The All By O Adventures FREE Weekend Cruise Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by All By O Adventures(“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Margaritaville at Sea or any social-media platform on which the Giveaway is advertised or promoted.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins:

September 15, 2026

and ends:

October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The potential winner will be announced during an All By O Adventures LIVE broadcast on October 15, 2026.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to US residents who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is required.

To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements identified on the official All By O Adventures Giveaway announcement/post during the Giveaway Period.

The official entry requirements will include:

1. FOLLOW the official All By O Adventures social-media account.
2. LIKE the official FREE Cruise Giveaway post.
3. COMMENT: “I WANT TO CRUISE!”
4. Complete any additional free entry requirement expressly identified in the official Giveaway announcement and permitted by the applicable social-media platform.

Unless otherwise stated, one entry per eligible person will be accepted.

Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified.

Margaritaville at Sea currently notes that cruise arrival and departure times are approximate and can vary by sailing, so the rules should state that the itinerary, ports, dates, and times are subject to cruise-line changes. (Margaritaville At Sea)

7. What the Prize Includes

The Grand Prize includes:

Cruise accommodations for two people in one Interior Stateroom aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise for the designated August 27–30, 2027 sailing, up to the stated approximate prize value of $468.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by All By O Adventures, anything not expressly identified as included is excluded from the prize.

8. Expenses NOT Included

The winner and traveling companion will be responsible for expenses not expressly included in the prize, which may include:

Transportation to and from the Port of Palm Beach; airfare; gasoline; parking; pre- or post-cruise hotel accommodations; government taxes and fees not included in the awarded booking; gratuities; travel insurance; passports and other travel documents; meals or beverages not included in the cruise fare; specialty dining; alcoholic beverages; Wi-Fi; shore excursions; onboard purchases; spa services; gambling; personal expenses; and any other optional or incidental expenses.

9. Cruise Upgrades & Add-Ons

After the winner has been verified, additional upgrades, packages, excursions, add-ons, or other travel arrangements may be secured through All By O Adventures, subject to availability.

Unless specifically awarded by All By O Adventures, all upgrades and additional services will be at the winner's expense.

10. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway closes, one potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be announced during the All By O Adventures LIVE broadcast on October 15, 2026.

Being announced as the potential winner does not constitute final verification. The individual must satisfy all eligibility and prize-claim requirements before being declared the official winner.

11. Winner Response & Verification

The selected potential winner must respond to All By O Adventures within 48 hours of official notification unless another period is specified in the winner notification.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of age and residency and execute eligibility, liability, publicity, prize acceptance, or other reasonable documentation before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, declines the prize, provides inaccurate information, or is determined to be ineligible, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

12. Travel Documentation

The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all identification, citizenship/residency documentation, passports or other travel documents required by the cruise line and applicable governmental authorities.

Failure to possess the necessary travel documents does not entitle the winner to a replacement prize or cash equivalent.

13. Cruise-Line Requirements

The winner and guest must comply with all applicable Margaritaville at Sea policies, passenger contracts, documentation requirements, safety requirements, conduct standards, and other cruise-line terms.

The cruise line may modify itineraries, port calls, arrival/departure times, schedules, or other aspects of the voyage because of weather, safety, operational requirements, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances.

14. 🎥 Interview, Publicity & Media Coverage

As a condition of accepting the prize, and to the extent permitted by law, the winner agrees to participate in a reasonable interview and promotional coverage associated with the All By O Adventures Giveaway.

The winner may be asked to participate in photographs, video recordings, social-media content, interviews, LIVE broadcasts, and/or post-trip promotional coverage for All By O Adventures.

Any publicity release should clearly describe how the winner's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and interview footage may be used. I strongly recommend having the winner sign a separate written Media & Publicity Release rather than relying only on this paragraph.

15. Prize Restrictions

The prize:

Has an approximate retail value of $468.00; has no cash redemption value; may not be exchanged for cash; and is subject to availability, cruise-line rules, and the terms stated in these Official Rules.

No substitution or transfer is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion or as required by circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

16. Fraud & Disqualification

All By O Adventures reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, submits fraudulent or automated entries, impersonates another person, provides false information, interferes with the selection process, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

17. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside the reasonable control of All By O Adventures materially affect the Giveaway or cruise prize, including cancellation or significant modification by the cruise line, All By O Adventures reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway or substitute a prize of comparable value.

18. Taxes

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

19. Social-Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is independently sponsored by All By O Adventures.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social-media platform on which the promotion may appear.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that the applicable social-media platforms are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.

20. Margaritaville at Sea Disclaimer

Margaritaville at Sea is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. References to the cruise line, ship, itinerary, and destinations are solely to identify the prize.

21. Acceptance of Official Rules

By entering, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of All By O Adventures concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
